Vanda Orchids are magnificent tropical plants celebrated for their stunning, long-lasting flowers and unique growth habits. Unlike many other orchids, they grow vertically from a single stem and feature thick, silvery-green aerial roots that absorb moisture and nutrients directly from the air rather than growing in traditional soil. They produce large, flat, vibrant blossoms in an expansive array of brilliant colours like blue, purple, magenta, and yellow, and often featuring intricate geometric checkerboard or spotted patterns.

They thrive in warm environments with exceptionally high humidity, bright filtered light, and specialized open-slat baskets that allow maximum airflow to their roots.
