Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some direct sunlight, especially in the morning or late afternoon, but too much direct sunlight can cause it to dry out too quickly. Spanish Moss absorbs water through its leaves, not roots. Mist it thoroughly with water at least 2-3 times a week, more often in hot, dry conditions. In humid environments, less frequent misting is needed.
